As a couples therapist, I've seen countless couples who really don’t need to spend week after week in my office to repair their relationships…they need the right skills to create the connections they long for.

Relationships can feel hard, especially living in a society telling us the dream is "happily ever after", never teaching us what to do on the days when it feels more like, "I hate your stupid face." We question what's wrong with us, what's wrong with our partner, and even wonder if perhaps this partnership just isn't the "right one".

But relationships don't need to be this way. I don't have a magic wand to turn you into Cinderella or Prince Charming, but I do know the secrets to a playful, passionate partnership where conflicts are resolved peacefully, sex is exciting, and your partner is your safe space.

Old patterns can change. New ways of relating can be taught; and with the right tools and motivation, YOU have the power to change your own relationship. I’ve seen it happen again and again.
