Krista Kilbane

Hi, I’m Krista Kilbane, and I help driven, successful adults manage their ADHD and regain control of their lives. I’m a former special education teacher, a licensed psychotherapist, and an ADHD coach who specializes exclusively in working with adults with ADHD. Oh, and I have ADHD.

As a mother of two boys with ADHD and someone who has it herself, I understand the challenges of managing ADHD. I was diagnosed later in life, shortly after my youngest son. It was a relief to finally have a name for it, but it was also a bit shocking that it took so long for someone to give it a name.
Whether you’ve been diagnosed since childhood or just found out, the journey can be tough.

Life keeps moving forward, and you may feel behind despite your success in other areas of your life. But I’m here to tell you that you’re not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed. You have a processing deficit, not a character deficit, and it is not about working harder or buying more organizational tools. It’s about understanding yourself and finding the right tools that work for you.

As a mental health professional and person with ADHD, I have done the work myself and in turn, have created a successful coaching program so you too can do the work. My program includes simple, hands-on tools and coaching to help you understand and manage your ADHD from the inside out.

If you are ready to discover who you are beyond your diagnosis and get started on a program that will help you understand and manage your ADHD with the right tools, I would love to work with you. Please visit my website at to set up a free 15-minute phone call and see if we would be a good fit.
